Our Favorite Influencer Marketing Campaigns of 2024 (So Far)

It’s time for a round-up, homies! 🤠 Influencer marketing campaigns have only grown in number as the years pass, and we’ve been obsessed with the creativity of all the new partnerships popping up on our feeds. Let’s dive into a few of our favorite influencer marketing campaigns of 2024 and read till the end for a few pro-tips to keep in mind with your own campaigns!   

INFLUENCER MARKETING CAMPAIGN #1: KYLIE COSMETICS X CRUMBL COOKIES

Seriously… what is better than an unexpected collaboration that just ✨works? ✨ In July, Kylie Cosmetics teamed up with Crumbl Cookies to celebrate the launch of their newest skin tint. While we couldn’t say we saw this one coming, we can say that it was genius! They both have similar, iconically pink branding, so creating an exclusive set of cookies must have been a no-brainer. Plus, let’s face it, anything the Kardashians touch is bound to go viral. 

If there are two things the girlies love, it’s cute branding and a sweet treat. The Kylie Cosmetics x Crumbl collaboration brought them just that! 👏 Plus, they brought out a secret weapon: scarcity marketing. Crumbl is no stranger to this tactic — it’s built into the core of their brand with their weekly rotating menu. 

With Kylie Cosmetics, they offered: 

🤝 A limited amount of the special flavors at their West Hollywood location 

🤝 An even more limited number of Kylie Cosmetics x Crumbl branded boxes

🤝 A free skin tint to the first 100 customers to take it up a notch! 

This helped their partnership go absolutely viral with millions of views across thousands of videos on TikTok

INFLUENCER MARKETING CAMPAIGN #2: MAC COSMETICS X LIP COMBO TRENDSETTERS 

MAC Cosmetics is no stranger to influencer partnerships. Their partnerships date back to 1994, when they first rolled out their Viva Glam capsule collections and picked a yearly ambassador to help promote the line.   

Most recently, they teamed up with three lip combo icons: Gabbriette, Karen Sarahi Gonzalez, and Ryan Destiny to launch three personalized lippy sets that target different styles. While makeup collaborations aren’t new, this one in particular deployed a strategy that helped boost reach and appeal. Gabbriette, Karen, and Ryan all have distinctly different styles, meaning their audiences are distinct as well. By choosing three ambassadors, MAC was able to practically triple their reach through this campaign! Combining all Reels across each influencer’s Instagram profile and MAC’s profile, they reached 4,303,100 users!

INFLUENCER MARKETING CAMPAIGN #3:  WILDFLOWER CASES X TAYLOR GIAVASIS

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again — long-term partnerships are KEY in influencer marketing campaigns! 🔑 Wildflower is another brand known for their influencer collaborations. They’ve collaborated with dozens of influencers that cover even more niche groups of the internet — dating back further than Tana Mongeau in 2018 to Charli XCX in 2024. 

One of our favorite long-term influencer collaborations from Wildflower Cases is Taylor Giavasis. Her content surrounds her family and they’ve made it a priority to translate her cottage-core aesthetic into the phone case designs. Launching two phone case collaborations in consecutive years, Taylor and Wildflower have formed a successful partnership that they can count on for continuous drops! 

Their recurring partnership has developed major anticipation with multiple sizes going out of stock quickly after each release. They also connected with Taylor’s audience further by posting memes relevant to her brand.  This tactic truly sealed the deal for boosting engagement with this collaboration because they found genuinely appealing ways to connect with the audience on socials beyond just selling a cute product.

INFLUENCER MARKETING CAMPAIGN #4: LANEIGE PR PACKAGES

One thing that gets the girls going on the internet is cute 👏 packaging 👏 — especially when it comes to influencer marketing campaigns. Laneige took this, ran, and absolutely ACED the PR Packaging for their summer lip mask drops earlier this year. 

Laneige clearly knows their audience loves fruity, summer vibes and made sure to keep this in mind when investing in their PR packaging. 

They mailed out: 

🧊 Pink Igloo coolers packed with their lip balm line, including the two newest flavors 

🍉 A watermelon-shaped box that encased their newest Watermelon Sleeping Lip Mask 

The packaging for these influencer marketing campaigns was so cute that our FYPs were flooded with influencers unboxing and raving over it! This helped Laneige broaden its reach through users sharing their love for the attention to detail and the new products. Plus, these influencers now have a Laneige branded cooler that they can sport all summer long! 💁‍♀️
