NOW HIRING: Content Creator/Social Media Manager (Full-Time) (Hybrid)
Homemade Social is adding a collaborative, creative, detail-oriented, and social media-obsessed Content Creator / Social Media Manager to our growing team!
This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week). Candidate must be able to work 1-2x a month from our Phoenix, AZ office and be able to travel to various client content shoots in the Phoenix area. No fully remote options are available.
The ideal Content Creator/Social Media Manager:
Is responsible for creating compelling short-form video content, graphic designs, copy, and social media posts. To be successful in this role, you must be naturally curious and a creative thinker with an emphasis on quality work and attention to detail.
We’re a team (and act like it!), and we expect this candidate to collaborate with the rest of our agency in a fun, professional manner.
Must have reliable transportation to and from our Phoenix office and client shoot sites in the Phoenix area.
Duties and Responsibilities
The following reflects the essential duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign the responsibilities of this job at any time.
Film, execute, and post engaging video content on social media platforms for a variety of clients.
Oversee the creation, posting, and management for clients’ Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Design marketing materials and create graphics for social media and email marketing campaigns.
Effective and thorough communication with Project Manager and clients
Develop and manage social media calendars; run social campaigns for promotions, sales, and new product launches.
Write engaging, on-brand copy for all forms of social media and promotional emails.
Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate campaign ROI
Assist and collaborate with the team in developing concepts and content calendars for clients.
Consistently create clear and compelling copy free of spelling, grammatical and formatting errors.
Prepare meeting agendas to include items of interest and participate/present in team and client meetings
Adapt and change social media strategies as needed to increase effectiveness.
Adhere to the brand guidelines for each client.
Work on multiple client projects; meet assigned deadlines, respond to email inquiries.
Perform work duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, film, graphic design, social media, journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1+ years of marketing and social media experience
Prior experience creating social media posts, videos, and graphics required
Advanced knowledge of social media tools; such as CapCut, Later, Tailwind, and Canva
Pay:
$45-52k/year, depending on experience
