How To Verify Your Instagram Account

Wondering how to verify your Instagram account? Applying to get verified on Instagram is so easy. However, we don’t know of too many accounts who have found much success actually getting verified, since the process is so easily accessible.

These days, Instagram still leaves the blue check mark (meaning verified) for the big, official accounts, but it doesn’t hurt to apply!

Here are the steps you take to verify your Instagram account:

Step 1

Swipe left on your Instagram profile to click to access your Settings. 

Step 2

Click "Request Verification".

Step 3

Fill out your full name or business name and either upload a form of ID or any of the official business documents listed in the fine print! It's not clear how many accounts will be verified yet or how long the process takes, but hopefully we'll know soon!
